Travel Nurse (RN) – Tele (Telemetry) – Gilbert, Arizona – 925497

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – ED Holds/Tele

Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12×3, 36 hrs per week, 4 weekend shifts/4 week schedule

Length: 13 weeks

Holiday Requirement: Rotate in with the perm staff

Requirements:

• AZ License
• 2 Years Experience
• Must have a strong cardiac tele background, preferably 2 years
• Must be able to decrease cardiac drips per physicians’ orders and parameters
• BLS
• ACLS

Other Details:

• First to float
• Will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start, through UNA, only (with 2 max attempts)
• Required to titrate drips
• Charting System: Cerner
• # of beds CRMC 60 ED Beds, MGMC 31 ED Beds
• Ratios 1 to 4
• Common diagnoses/Types of patients ED holds waiting for placement on a unit, primarily MS/Tele
• May be asked to help with ED patients including vitals, IV starts and medicaton administration. Will not be asked to be primary RN for ED patient assignment
