• AZ license
• Minimum 2 years of experience – must be recent, within the past 6 months
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

• Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Neuro post surgical, post cranis, spine, CVAs post TPA
• # beds: 28 bed
• Ratios: 1:3-4
• First to float
• Travelers will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam
• Charting System- Cerner
• COVID vaccine is required, or religious or medical declination form (with appropriate documentation)
