Travel Nurse (RN) – Tele/Stepdown (Telemetry/PCU) – Frankfort, Kentucky – 924216

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – PCU

Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• KY License
• 2 years experience in hospital setting
• At least 2 years of Progressive care or ICU experience
• Must have Telemetry and EKG interpretation, post-Percutaneous Coronary Intervention experience, experience with Cardiac and anti-arrhythmic IV infusions management and titration, CPap and BiPap management
• Requested Skill Set: CPap and BiPap management, Port access, therapeutic phlebotomy
• BLS
• ACLS
• Preferred experience with chest tubes, NG tubes, wound vac, drains, post-dialysis assessment, central lines, blood transfusions

• Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
• May float to 3 South (post-surgical med/surg), or to PCU (to staff tele overflow)
• Number of Beds: 46
• Patient Ratios: 4:1 – 5:1
