Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Pediatric Ambulatory Care

Shift: Days / 7a-3p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • ND / Compact License
  • 2 years experience
  • BLS
Other Details:

This is for Peds Clinic RN need. BLS and ND license required. Can be an LPN or RN.

Requesting Outpatient Clinic Checklist***

Requirements:
ND or compact license in hand

If provider is out of the office, may be floated to another clinic that needs assistance.

Responsible for providing primary care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation.
Obtains, verifies and documents health history of patient and family, information on chief complaint, vital signs, medication list and problem list. Assesses health risk factors and disease condition.
Collects specimens for laboratory analysis.
Prepares patient and assists other health care professionals in exams, treatments and minor medical procedures.
Schedules patient for procedures, tests and exams. Assures proper ABN, notice of non-coverage, pre-authorizations and referrals are obtained.
Knowledge of wellness/illness, growth and development, human behavior, psychosocial factors, and alternative health care treatments.
