Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Medical Surgical Nursing Float

Shift: Nights, 7p-7:30a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

  • MO license
  • 2 years experience
  • BLS
  • Total joint replacements, wound care/wound vac preferred
Other details:
  • Charting: EPIC
  • First timers accepted
  • Local are not accepted
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs to other Med/Surg units
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only

Special Requirements:
Required: Float required to other med/surg units, every other weekend as needed, MS, Tele-remote monitoring, colostomy care, feeding tube care and management, pre/post hemodialysis management, accessing ports, blood product administration, central line blood draw, peripheral line care/management, phlebotomy, PICC line management, starting IVs, heparin, insulin, PCA, surgical drains, nasal cannula, oral suctioning, portable oxygen tank, isolation precautions, EPIC

Preferred: BLS, total joint replacements, wound care/wound vac
