Travel Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D) – Omaha, Nebraska – 872119

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Labor & Delivery

Shift: Nights/ 6:30p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week. Every third weekend, but could be up to every other based on unit need

Length: 13 weeks

Holiday Requirements:  1 major, 1 minor

Requirements:

• NE License 
• 2 Years’ Experience
• Must be able to circulate in OR
• BLS
• NRP
• Intro to Fetal Monitoring

Other Details:

• Charting System: EPIC
• We also need to screen for competency in normal newborn assessments and routine baby care
• RNs required to titrate drips
• Nurses will float to Postpartum on occasion and this requires care of the infant as well as the mom
• Radius Rule: 50 miles
• Common diagnoses/Types of patients:  High-risk OB and routine obstetric care
