- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Surgery patients — colorectal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, orthopedics/spine, urology, vascular, GI surgeries (ex: colon resections); if no post-surgical experience, must have experience with post-surgical general, ortho/spine, GI, vascular, and hepatobiliary 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and NIHSS listed (asterisked); must pass EKG Testing prior to start 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience marked as required 7. Shifts/Call: Nights, 18:45-07:15; 36 or 48 hours available; float occasionally required; every other weekend required; block scheduling reviewed by unit manager case by case 8. RTO: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO on unit could result in cancel and DNR 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
