- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; 1 year of Epic experience required 2. Cases: Orthopedic spine specializing in spinal surgeries (laminectomies, spinal fusions, discectomies); Ortho experience required; patient diagnoses include Med/Surg, Tele, cardiac, low-risk ACS, TIAs, diabetes, hypertension, COPD, dehydration, chest pain, DVT, and PE 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and Dysrhythmia certified required; copies should be AHA or American Red Cross (standard compliance) 4. License: Active SC or multistate license required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (1 year minimum) 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; 6 weekend shifts per contract; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; self-scheduling; patient ratio 1:5-6 8.
