- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years MS/Tele experience required; Previous Charge Experience required; Community Hospital Experience required 2. Cases: Telemetry skills required; Adults and Geriatrics patient population 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required (BLS must be AHA); CPI preferred; MAB or CPI also listed 4. License: Must have license in hand before submitting 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: MedHost documentation system; Pyxis medication system 7. Shifts/Call: Self-scheduling; 1:5 patient ratio (days, nights, and weekends); 1 low census/on-call shift required every month; 24 orientation hours 8. RTO: No pre-approved time off; RTO max of 7 days, no holidays; Holiday RTO or RTO longer than 7 days only considered for hard-to-fill positions and must be client-approved; Blocked scheduling will not be accommodated 9. Returning Staff: Work history including any Tucson Medical Center locations must be sent to TMC HR for rehire status approval 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile local radius; locals not accepted 11.
