- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of experience within the last 3 years in MS/Tele required; must be able to read tele strips 2. Cases: Med-surg to intermediate level of care; cardiac gtts, insulin gtts, heparin gtts; Care in Place model 3. Certifications: BLS required through AHA; auto-reject if not present; required skills include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, O2 protocol, non-invasive airway management, peripheral line care/management, isolation precaution/PPE, rapid response team activation, computerized documentation 4. License: Oregon license status must be listed in submittal; pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required but not GTE; no block schedule; guaranteed 36 hours per week; self-scheduling; clinician will float if needed, including to West Valley Hospital; client may cancel 1 shift per 4-week, 2 shifts per 8-week, 3 shifts per 13-week assignment 8.
