- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of prior Telemetry experience required; must have 2 years exp in large, urban hospital. First timers NOT accepted (will consider if traveler has 2 years of experience at a Level I Academic Medical Center) 2. Cases: Total Knee and Hip replacements, complicated orthopedic cases, pulmonary, sepsis, GI, endocrine, cardiac, renal, psychiatric illnesses, oncology (no chemo cert) 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, CPI, NIHSS preferred; all must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: Pending license accepted, but if not in hand at time of submission traveler will be booked six weeks out 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 36 or 48hr option; 13 or 26 week contract option; ratios 1:5 days / 1:6 nights (nights can be 1:7 rarely); 5th floor may see 1:10 at night; float required — notified 1 hour prior to shift start by call or text; travelers are first to float and must be prepared to float frequently, including potentially to Bellevue campus 8. RTO: Up to two weeks of RTO permitted; must be submitted with application; additional requests after confirmation at manager discretion; travelers must work 2/3 major holidays (Thanksgiving: W/Th/F, Christmas: 24/25/26, New Years: 31/1/2) 9.
