- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required per unit details; compliance notes state 1 year required — confirm with account manager 2. Cases: COPD, Pneumonia, non-specific abdominal pain, cellulitis, chest pain rule out 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required 4. License: NY RN License required; must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Foreign education must be flagged to account manager at time of submittal for verification 6. EMR: Epic is a hard requirement 7. Shifts/Call: 7a-7p; Days 1:6, Nights 1:7, Weekends 1:8; EOW coverage; float required 8. RTO: Cannot submit anyone with more than 10 days of RTO; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: 1-year return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Candidates within 75 miles of facility are not accepted 11. Background: Reviewed on a case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Billable up to 5 hours; total module time may reach 10 hours; time beyond 5 hours is non-billable; completed pre-start; vary by specialty; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: Required; first-time travelers not accepted 14. Scrubs: Any nursing uniform color accepted 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
