- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years inpatient and/or outpatient experience required; Previous Charge Experience preferred; Trauma Level I and II experience preferred 2. Cases: Inpatient, Outpatient, and ED patients; Peds/PICU experience required; OR, Portables, and Fluoroscopy; C-arm, portable abdomen and chest required 3. Certifications: ARRT-R preferred; BLS required; Fluoro Permit preferred; NJ License required; all certifications required at time of submission unless otherwise specified 4. License: Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred (Charting System Experience preferred); 4 hours of Epic training (non-billable); Allied average 1 hour of non-billable modules 7. Shifts/Call: 37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday; every weekend coverage required; candidates required to float within their skillset, no exceptions; ratios vary based on census and staffing 8. RTO: Less than 7 days of RTO with no Holiday time off will be prioritized; RTO requested after an offer will NOT be accommodated; must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays; screenshot of candidate confirming RTO and schedule requests required upon submission; no pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff (full time or PRN) must be gone from the RWJBH health system a minimum of 1 year before eligible to return for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: First-timer and local accepted; locals accepted at the same rate 11. Background: Open/active background hits and/or License Hits NOT accepted; any international work history or permanent residency must be disclosed 12. Modules: Non-billable; 4 hours of Epic training plus up to 18 additional hours; Allied average 1 hour non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; recorded by transcripts, self-reporting, and facility reporting 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Black 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: GE, PACS, and Siemens required; C-arm required Critical: Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing. Maximum of 3 submissions per candidate per facility. Failing competency exams require a 6-month break before re-submission. References required. Contract is expected to be traveler's primary work schedule. MSP contracted travelers require 14-day cancellation notice; Crisis/Rapid contracted travelers require 10-day notice.
