- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Surgical patients following ERAS (Enhanced Recovery after Surgery) protocol; ortho totals and fractures, total joint surgeries, neuro surgeries; diabetics, COPD, Renal, infectious diseases, co-morbidity, vascular, surgical (abdominal, vascular, amputations), extensive wounds, pneumonia, sepsis, bowel surgeries; post-surgical experience required 3. Certifications: BCLS/BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard requirement) 4. License: Pending license NOT accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour days; on-call required; every other weekend (6 weekend shifts per 6-week period); guaranteed 36 hours/week for 3x12s or 48 hours/week for 4x12s; biweekly start dates; float to other MS/Tele floors and Memorial Belleville/Memorial Shiloh as needed; block schedule not accommodated 8. RTO: No more than 7 days; up to two pre-approved time off slots noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted within 75-mile radius at local rate 11.
