Cases: High risk cardiology required; post op open heart, sheath pull, new tracheostomy, mixed medical with underlying heart condition; cardiac drip required, sheath pulls required, central line management required 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location specifically; certifications not required at time of submittal unless otherwise noted; all RNs required to obtain ACLS by compliance hard document deadline 4. License: IL license in hand required at time of submittal; MO license — submit without license OK, requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state); Compact — must match permanent residence, otherwise submit for update and confirm ETA; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour nights; 3x12s; 36 hours per week guaranteed; every other weekend required — expectation is 6 weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) in a 6-week schedule; on-call not required; no block schedule 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; 7 or more days requires manager approval, including any holiday RTO; no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed the first week of an assignment 9.
