- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; 1 year noted as required experience in additional notes 2. Cases: Abdomen, Brain, Breast, Cervical, Lumbar, Thoracic, Female/Male Pelvis, Foot, Hand, Hip, Knee, Shoulder, and various MRA/MRV studies; multiple advanced MRI protocols required 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: NY license required and must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Foreign education must be flagged to account manager at time of submittal for verification 6. EMR: Epic experience is a hard requirement 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 6:30am-7:00pm; no call listed; patient ratio 1:1 days 8. RTO: Cannot submit anyone with more than 10 days of RTO; pre-approved time off noted as none 9. Returning Staff: 1-year return staff policy applies 10. Travel/Local: Candidates within 75 miles of facility are not accepted; separate note states must be more than 50 miles 11. Background: Reviewed on a case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Billable up to 5 hours; total module time may reach 10 hours; time beyond 5 hours is non-billable; completed pre-start and vary by specialty; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required; unit will consider first-time travelers with significant experience 14. Scrubs: No color requirement; scrubs not provided by facility 15.
