- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Post cardiac intervention patients (Heart cath, pacemaker, CABG, TAVR, etc.); diagnoses include CHF, Hypertension, Stroke, syncope, afib rvr, chest pain, sepsis, heart blocks, ESRD, Falls, Respiratory Distress, pulmonary embolism 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: State or compact licensure required; must disclose any license hits at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: McKesson experience preferred; EMR training provided on Day 3 of orientation 7. Shifts/Call: Self-scheduling; patient ratio 6:1 days, nights, and weekends; weekend coverage required; float may be required within hospital 8. RTO: Minimal holiday RTO; no pre-approved time off specified 9. Returning Staff: Must have been gone 1 year to return as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals NOT accepted 11.
