- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year recent Critical Care and ICU experience required; 3+ years required for CPU; 2 years required for MTs and LPNs 2. Cases: FM - Intermediate; IV Start; Lab Draws/Sample Collecting; titrating critical drips experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; ACLS and PALS listed in system 4. License: Valid state license required; if pending, proof that process is underway must be provided; updated Nursys must be included in submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Nights; some weekends and holidays; 13-week assignment with possible extension; start date 3 weeks from offer 8.
