- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; current Critical Care and Telemetry experience required 2. Cases: Cardiac drips, cath lab patients, CVA, post MI, pre/post cardiac cath, renal failure, amputees, vent/trach long-term vents, ortho trauma, total joint replacement 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, EKG Course/Telemetry test required; must be current and in hand 4. License: Pending state license NOT accepted; valid current state license required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required (preferred per system notes); charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days; self-scheduling; floats within scope and to sister facilities on occasion; block schedule NOT accommodated; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: No more than 5 days accepted; two pre-approved time off per system notes 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals NOT accepted; 75-mile radius rule; address must be greater than 75 miles from contracted facility; valid DL or state-issued ID AND utility bill in traveler's name (matching address, within last 3 months) must be included with submission 11.
