- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 18 months (1.5 years) required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Cardiac and Medical PCU, True ICU Stepdown; Heart caths, BiPAP, cardiac and vasoactive drips (Levo, Dopa, Nitro, Cardizem, Amio), PCU Crisis Criteria; Level I, II, III, or IV required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; NIHSS preferred; must be in hand at time of submission; AHA requirement not specified 4. License: In-state license required and must be in hand at time of submission; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; guaranteed hours vary: 8 and 10-hour shifts at 40 hrs/week; 3x12-hour shifts at 36 hrs/week; 4x12-hour shifts at 48 hrs/week; weekends required; clinician may float within scope 8.
