Cases: Level 4 NICU experience required; Cardiac PICU experience preferred; must be competent in NICU, PICU, high-risk deliveries, and acute care pediatrics 3. License: VA State License required; can submit with VA license pending provided candidate can obtain temp before start; must have another state license to be eligible for temp 5.
