Cases: Bariatric surgery, urology (TURP, TURBT with CBI, Nephrectomy, Ileal conduit creation, nephroureterectomy), hepatobiliary (Whipple, liver resection, gastric stimulator, complex biliary cases), colorectal (colon resection, ostomy creation and takedown, surgical oncology), and trauma patients with abdominal injury and necrotizing soft tissue infections requiring serial debridement with Wound Vac changes 3. Certifications: BLS and NIHSS required; Compact License required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (verify format at submission) 4. License: Compact License required; pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 8 weekend shifts per Saint Luke's 6-week schedule period (combination of Friday/Saturday/Sunday); no on-call required; floating regularly required between departments, units, and facilities; block schedule not accommodated; guaranteed 3 shifts per 13 weeks 8. RTO: No more than 7 days; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility 11.
