Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5 years required for submission; must have SD/PCU experience (ICU experience does not count toward SD/PCU at this facility); application MUST show 1:5 ratio experience in Work History section 2. Cases: Neuroscience/High-Risk Respiratory; CVA, TIA, seizures, brain tumors, complex spinal surgeries, neuro disease processes; must have vent experience 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; must pass online EKG tele competency assessment before starting; IV Start preferred 4. License: Current Nursys report required at submission; other certs not needed if listed on application 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend/holiday required; traveler is first to float at Premier's discretion; floats in/out of specialty clusters including high-risk respiratory/COVID; if assigned to MVH, may float to south campus (less than 10 miles) and north campus (less than 15 miles); OT paid after 48 hours on 48-hour contract; Premier Health reserves right to cancel 2 shifts per 13-week contract due to low census; 2-week notice to cancel agreement without fee or fine 8. RTO: Must be submitted with initial submittal; NO RTO added after offer; approval at manager's discretion; two pre-approved time off slots noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
