Cases: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Aortic Aneurysm repair, Arteriovenous fistula repair, Carotid angioplasty, Carotid artery stenting, Carotid Endarterectomy, CABG, CVOR, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, IABP, Lobe resection, MAZE Procedure, Mitral valve replacement, Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery, Scrub Thoracic Surgery, Scrub Vascular Surgery, Thoracotomy, TAVR, VATS, LVAD/RVAD 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Call required — typically one weekday per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks; floating within facility/scope of practice and to Main OR as needed; weekends rotate 8.
