- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: 30% cardiac (CHF, MI, TAVR, MVR, pacemaker, arrhythmia, ACS, Angiovac); respiratory (COVID, FLU, COPD, asthma, trach, chronic home ventilators, BIPAP, high-flow NC); neuro and renal overflow; complex med-surg (ETOH withdrawal, GIB) 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross; copies required at submission 4. License: AK RN License required; must be in hand for Auto Offer; pending license accepted (takes 10-12 weeks); Nursys/valid state license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 or 4x12 Night Shift (traveler's choice); no on-call required; weekend coverage may be more frequent than every other weekend based on staffing needs; traveler must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year); guaranteed 60 hours per 2 weeks with possibility of 1 shift called off per 2-week period 8.
