- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Inpatient/Outpatient echo lab covering neonate through geriatric patient population; top procedures include 2-D Echo (adult and pediatric), Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Pediatric Acute Care, Pediatric Outpatient 3. Certifications: ARDMS, ARDMS RDCS AE, ARDMS RDCS PE, BLS required; copies of all certs required at submission; OBMI certification required prior to start date 4. License: Pending state license accepted on a case-by-case basis; map directions from permanent address (address on license) to contracted facility required at submission 5. Education: 7 years of work history required (8/2015-present), including PTO, medical leave, non-clinical work, and schooling; degree information required including area of study, institution city and state, and type of degree 6. EMR: Epic required; strongly preferred, especially for RNs; willing to consider no Epic experience for difficult-to-fill positions 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10-hour shifts, 0700-1730; on-call required 0730-0700 rotating days and some weekends; rotating weekends every 4th with some flexibility; no floating within facility or to sister facilities 8. RTO: 7 total days allowed in a 13-week assignment 9. Returning Staff: Candidates who cancel with less than 14 days notice will be entered as a system DNR 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; proof of address required at submission 11. Background: Not specified; however, zero 30+ day employment gaps required 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation; completed during orientation; vary by specialty; required annually 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14.
