- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1-2 years required for submission 2. Cases: PACU/Pre-Op/Phase 2; wide range of surgical and procedural cases including cardiac, neuro, ortho, vascular, bariatrics, plastics, ENT, urology, and more as listed in skills 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; NIHSS also listed 4. License: Pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (Excellian) required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s with start times at 0530, 0700, 0800, 0930, 1100, 1300, and 1445; no on-call required; will float between main hospital and Day Surgery Center (2 locations); block schedule not accommodated; client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time without penalty 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
