- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Orthopedic sports (limited total joints), minimally invasive arthroscopic and laparoscopic cases, Robotics, General, GYN, URO, and Plastics; Neuro, Spine, Thoracic, and Vascular a plus; must have Neuro, Ortho, or General Surgery skills depending on open position 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (per standard compliance) 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 0645-1915; includes Saturday work shift; no call listed on posting, though manager may discuss call responsibilities (includes circulating all service lines including cardiac and transplant); floating within hospital required; no floating to sister hospitals 8. RTO: 1 week max; cannot accommodate RTO during first 2 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Prior UW staff require 18 months separation before returning 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate 11. Background: Disclose any background hits at time of submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, completed pre-start; RN: 5-6 hours; Allied: 2-3 hours; WA suicide prevention training adds 6 additional hours if required (for those working with MSL in WA); recorded via transcripts by facility 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required; first-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color; scrubs provided for OR personnel 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
