- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Ambulatory OR, Orthopedics, Urology, General, ENT, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Pain Management; includes Arthroscopy, Laparoscopic procedures, Open/Closed reductions, Cystoscopy, Tonsillectomy, Mastectomy, Hernia repair, and more 3. Certifications: BLS required; copy of certifications required at submission 4. License: Valid CA RN License in hand required; pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; specific Epic charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Mainly 8:30 shifts with some variable shifts; no weekends or holidays; float required to Main OR located across the street and potentially to sister/affiliate facilities nearby 8. RTO: No more than 7 days; must be included at time of submission; traveler must be willing to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year; one pre-approved RTO allowed 9. Returning Staff: 3-month waiting period before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower bill rate; can only submit to 1 location within the region 11. Background: Not specified 12.
