- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of OR RN experience required; first-time travelers NOT accepted 2. Cases: Required experience with majority of the following: Lap chole, Lap appy, Ex lap, I&D, Bariatric, Colorectal, PEG & Trach, DaVinci cases. HARD STOP: MUST HAVE experience with Craniotomy with Aneurysms and Craniotomy with Tumor. Oncology, Ortho, Neuro experience HIGHLY preferred; DaVinci experience highly preferred; ENT experience preferred. Must be predominantly 3/4 in Neuro skillsets 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (per standard policy) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift with possible night shift rotation; off-shifting possibility (1-3 shifts/week) once every 4-week period; weeknight call 1-2 nights/week on average; weekend call approximately every 4-5 weeks (24 hours Saturday or Sunday, 1-2 days/month); block schedule CANNOT be accommodated; bi-weekly orientation 8. RTO: Block schedule cannot be accommodated; interview availability required for next 3-4 days when submitting 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
