- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; Community Hospital experience preferred; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: Vaginal birth, C-sections, Postpartum care (LDRP model), Antenatal testing (NSTs, BPP), Post-op GYN, External Cephalic version, Antepartum patients, Full couplet care required 3. Certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP required; AWHONN Advanced and AWHONN Intermediate preferred; all certifications must be in hand at submission 4. License: State-specific license required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 13-week contract, 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM); 2 mandatory on-call shifts per 6-week schedule; weekend rotation of 4-6 shifts (Sat/Sun) and 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule; 1 major holiday (Thanksgiving or Christmas) and 1-2 minor holidays required; charge RN assignments as needed; RN expected to float within LDRP unit and potentially between departments/units/facilities 8. RTO: No more than 7 days; block schedule not accommodated 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility 11.
