- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; Level 2 experience required; charge experience preferred 2. Cases: Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, Antepartum, couplet care, high-risk delivery, neonatal abstinence syndrome, newborn assessment, postpartum hemorrhage, C-section recovery, magnesium sulfate therapy, epidural/PCA pain management, phototherapy, thermoregulation, large for gestational age, low birth weight infants 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate required; AWHONN Advanced preferred; CPI will be required starting January 2026; must be AHA or American Red Cross (implied by cert type) 4. License: MO or compact license required at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required; no exceptions 7. Shifts/Call: 18:45-07:15; every third weekend required; float between Mom and Baby/L&D and Antepartum 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
