Cases: Lap chole, Lap appy, Ex lap, I&D, Bariatric, Colorectal, PEG & Trach, DaVinci cases required; DaVinci experience highly preferred; Oncology, Ortho, Neuro experience highly preferred; HARD STOP: Must have Ortho experience (ORIF ankles/femurs/humerus, IM nails, Pelvic fractures, Ortho Joints revisions, Ortho Spine decompressions/fusions/laminectomies) with general surgery experience; must be predominantly 3/4 Ortho skillsets 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS required; COVID-19 vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions only) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift with possible night shift rotation; off-shifting possible 1-3 shifts/week once every 4-week period; weeknight call 1-2 nights/week on average; weekend call approximately every 4-5 weeks (24 hours Saturday or Sunday, 1-2 days/month); block schedule cannot be accommodated; call-back rate only paid if traveler is on-call offsite and called back after shift ends; extended shifts due to census or case running over paid at regular rate until overtime 8.
