Cases: 25 OR cases daily; required/preferred skills include Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair (inguinal/umbilical), Mastectomy, Thyroidectomy (partial/total), Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Laminectomy/discectomy, Total joint replacement, Open/Closed reduction of fractures, Arthroscopy, Arthrotomy, Carpal tunnel release, Universal Protocol (Time out), Specimen Handling/labeling, and more 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 2x8 Day ALT START (0645-1515/1045-1915) + 2x12 Day (0645-1915) = 40 hrs guaranteed per week; Call required up to 12 hrs per week (Mon 7p-Fri 7a) plus 12 hrs of weekend call (Fri 7p-Sun 7p); every other holiday required 8.
