Required/preferred skills include Appendectomy, Arthroscopy, Arthrotomy, Carpal tunnel release, Cholecystectomy, Closed reduction of fractures, Code response, Colon resection, Fire Safety, General OR, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Infection control, Laminectomy/discectomy, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Mastectomy, Open reduction of fractures, Specimen Handling/labeling, Thyroidectomy partial/total, Total joint replacement, Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure 3. Certifications: BLS required; AHA requirement not specified 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Day shift, flex start 0645-1515 or 1045-1915, 40 hours guaranteed per week. Call required up to 12 hours per week (Mon 7p-Fri 7a) plus 12 hours of weekend call (Fri 7p-Sun 7p). Every other holiday required. Weekly orientation on Monday. 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; every other holiday required 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
