Experience: 3 years required; Trauma Level I experience required (candidates with at least 1 year of Level I trauma experience may be screened if they have 2+ years overall) 2. Cases: General, Plastic, GYN, ENT, Trauma, Neuro, Ortho, GU, Colorectal Robotics; must be well-rounded except CV and Transplant; Circulate required, Scrub preferred; Core 6 Mids/Nights/Weekends must have at least 3 of 4: Neuro, Ortho, GEN, Plastic, GYN, ENT, GU, Trauma, Robotics 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred (asterisked); all required certs must be in hand at submission 4. License: Indiana in-state license required and must be in hand at submission; pending license not accepted; Note: effective 11/30/24, IN RNs generally not allowed at IU Health facilities, but Periop/OR RNs are exempt 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend position — every Saturday and Sunday plus one rotating weekday; 6 call shifts per 6-week period (can vary); holidays required; no block scheduling 8. RTO: Must work 2 of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; $15 off bill rate for travelers residing within the state of Indiana 11.
