Cases: Extensive OR case experience required including Trauma, Ortho/Spine, Neuro (craniotomy, spine), Gyn, ENT, Breast, Ivor Lewis/Whipple, Urology, Vascular, Bariatric, and Pediatric surgeries; full skills list per UDIs 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; CNOR preferred; must be AHA or equivalent 4. License: AK RN License required; must be in hand for Auto Offer; pending license accepted but will be submitted as a screen only 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience marked as required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days; shift start times vary — either 0645-1915 or 0900-2130; on-call limited to coverage for call-offs only; weekends required; no block scheduling; may float to like units if needed 8. RTO: Approved on individual basis; all RTO must be included at time of submittal 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
