- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; prior Oncology/Infusion Outpatient experience required 2. Cases: 6 infusions plus 1-2 port draws daily; Heme/Onc diagnoses; patient population includes Adults and Geriatrics 3. Certifications: BLS and ONCC or ONS (Chemo certification) required; copies required at submission 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (preferred noted in narrative) 7.
