- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Interventional (tunneled catheter placements including mediports, permacaths, Hickman lines), embolizations, drain placements, suprapubic catheter placements, PEG tube placements, Pleurx catheter placements; Pain Management (epidural blocks, radiofrequency ablations); Vascular (angiograms, thrombectomies, fistulograms, IVC filter placements) 3. Certifications: ARRT-R, ACLS, BLS, and fluoro permit required; must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms 4. License: MD RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days — Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 0700-1530; Wed 0900-1730; 40 hours guaranteed; no on-call or weekends; every other holiday required 8. RTO: Every other holiday required; pre-approved time off: two 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
