- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum medical oncology experience stated in job details; however, compliance notes indicate 2+ years experience required for submission 2. Cases: Leukemia, Lymphoma, Myeloma, Sickle Cell, Symptom Management; procedures include Chemo/Biotherapy, Stem Cell Infusions, CAR-T, Bone Marrow Biopsies, Lumbar Punctures, Blood Product Transfusions, Central Line Care 3. Certifications: BLS and Chemo cert required (does not have to be ONS per job notes); compliance notes specify AHA Traditional only — RQI not accepted 4. License: Valid State License preferred at time of submission; pending license accepted if application submitted and received by licensing board to qualify for 90-day license exemption 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred per job details; compliance notes state Epic experience required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: 36-hour day shifts; starts on Tuesdays; every other weekend required; no on-call required; float within hospital or affiliate hospitals nearby per unit 8. RTO: Maximum 5 RTO days for 13-week contract, 7 RTO days for 18-week contract; any approved time beyond 5 days requires extending contract to complete full 13 weeks; all RTO must be outlined at time of submission; compliance notes indicate no more than 2 weeks of RTO and must be provided upfront 9.
