- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1 year of oncology experience/MS oncology specified 2. Cases: Inpatient oncology; MS/Tele unit with remote telemetry experience; end of life care; pain management; blood product administration required; chemotherapy administration not required for unit 3. Certifications: BLS required to start; copies required at submission; must pass Basic Arrhythmia (BAR) exam during orientation — pass/fail, 80% required, no retakes, not multiple choice 4. License: NJ or Compact RN License required; must be in hand at time of submittal; current Nursys required at submission; if traveler worked in NJ in the past 7 years, employer name, address, and phone number must be confirmed and updated on profile (CN-9 required) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Charting system experience required; specific system name not provided 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; float to other telemetry/MedSurg units; all travelers expected to float to Ridgewood Observation Unit (offsite in Ridgewood, NJ) as needed 8.
