Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years preferred; will consider 1 year on a case-by-case basis 2. Cases: LTAC with vents/trach/respiratory failure, chronic wounds, dialysis, amputees, flaps, IV antibiotics; SNF with CHF/COPD/debilitation, orthos; comfort with LTAC facility preferred 3. Certifications: BLS and NBCOT required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (standard compliance) 4. License: Pending state license accepted; must obtain prior to starting 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred but not required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: Days, Monday-Friday with Saturday rotation as needed; no on-call required; patient ratio days 2, weekends 1 8. RTO: All RTO must be included on the initial submission; RTO requested after the fact will not be considered; two pre-approved time off slots noted 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent staff cannot return to any SRHS facility as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius required; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
