- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of level III or level IV NICU experience required; charge and high-risk delivery experience strongly preferred 2. Cases: Level III or level IV NICU; high-risk delivery preferred 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA) and NRP required; must be AHA or American Red Cross; copies with valid expiration dates required at submission 4. License: CA RN License required; Nursys upload within last 2 weeks with valid CA state license 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights, 1900-0700; every other weekend required; voluntary call; floating as needed 8. RTO: Max 7 days per contract; only 1 holiday per contract; holidays observed from 7:00 PM the night before through 7:00 AM the day after 9.
