- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required (18 months general experience if not specified otherwise) 2. Cases: GI Bleed, Bowel obstruction, colon cancer, bowel resection, Diverticulitis, cholecystitis, alcohol withdraw, appendicitis, pancreatitis 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross only - RQI cards not accepted 4. License: Must have active IL license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights (1845-0715), work every other weekend, no on-call required 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 or less days of non-holiday RTO; anything more requires facility approval; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Previous Perm/PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius restriction for this specialty 11. Background: Background check hits must be noted upon submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours, completed pre-start, renewed annually; first day is virtual at-home day with strict 4PM CST deadline on Day 1 13.
