Cases: General Emergency Department (Non-Trauma); high acuity; Stroke and STEMI Certified facility; patient population Adolescents to Geriatrics; 1:4 ratio; 59-bed ER averaging 165-175 patients per day 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required; SANE and TNCC noted with asterisk; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required — HARD STOP, redirect if no Epic experience; Pyxis also used 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; floating rare but within facility/scope of practice; 36 or 48-hour guarantee; holidays — traveler works one if one falls in assignment, both if two fall in assignment, two of three if three fall in assignment; major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/New Years Day 8.
