- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Adult acute care medical-surgical post-op patients, primarily Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Urology, also Thoracic/Vascular, General Surgery, trauma and Medicine 3. Certifications: BLS required (ACLS Preferred) 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (HARDSTOP) 7. Shifts/Call: Nights 3-12 hours 1900-0730, no on-call required, weekend coverage every other but must be flexible 8. RTO: No more than 6 days; minimal RTO, cannot accommodate during first 2 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Prior UW staff requires 18 months separation 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate 11. Background: Must disclose any hits when submitted 12. Modules: RN 5-6 hours non-billable, completed pre-start; additional 6 hours if WA suicide prevention training required 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted with strong experience 14. Scrubs: Any solid color scrubs, light blue provided on unit 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Chest tubes, PCA, PNC, Epidural, Trachs Critical: Epic experience HARDSTOP. 2 references required at submittal (prefer both supervisory). Candidates float within hospital. Level I Trauma experience preferred, Level II required.
