- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: BLS, RRT required (HARDSTOP); ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location only 4. License: Missouri Respiratory Care Practitioner License or compact license required; IL license in hand required at submittal 5. Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Three 12-hour shifts per week; every third weekend rotation; willing to work holidays 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; no RTO first week of assignment; no new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75-mile radius accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required for RNs and LVNs; billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must be completed 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Medium to dark gray required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required (medical/religious exemptions only) 16. Special Equipment: PB840s and PB980 primary ventilators; Hamiltons limited; extensive airway management devices and medication administration systems required Critical: Must be available for lab work within 48-72 hours of signing. Will float within service line. Must work in ICUs and floors.
