- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Medical, surgical, oncology, neuro, cardiology units 3. Certifications: BCLS and ACLS required; IV start and Telemetry required; NIH preferred 4. License: MO license can be submitted without license in hand (requires MO or compact); IL license required at time of submittal; Compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule minimum; Patient ratios 1:5-6 days/weekends, 1:6 nights 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per 13 week contract; No RTO first week of assignment; No new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75 mile radius 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required for RNs; billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of signed contract and completed 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16.
