Cases: General medical surgical; will float to Telemetry units; patients awaiting facility placement; adults and geriatrics 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; EKG onboarding exam, Med/Surg Tele competency exam, Med/Surg Tele skills exam, Math exam, Med/Pharmacology exam, and CORE exams required (NO NIHSS) 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; no licensure hits accepted — any submission with a license hit will be rejected 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Self-scheduling; patient ratio 5:1 days, nights, and weekends; 7 weekend shifts per contract; 36 orientation hours; float within hospital or to affiliate hospital nearby 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; any time off requested after offer will not be approved; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Must disclose if previously worked at this facility at time of submission; rehire eligibility checked by UK HR every Friday; if ineligible post-offer, traveler may be cancelled; must be gone 6 months to return as traveler 10.
