- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; 2 years Med/Surg preferred 2. Cases: General medical, gastrointestinal, urological, gynecological surgeries, ortho/neurovascular, cardio/pulmonary, oncology 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA) required; pending accepted if willing to obtain confirmed 4. License: Michigan RN License required; pending license accepted with ETA provided 5. Education: Not specified 6. Shifts/Call: 36 or 48 hour weeks available; must be available first two weeks of assignment; every other weekend required; block scheduling cannot be guaranteed; patient ratios 1:5-6 nights, 1:6 days; ratios may flex to 8 with LPN support 8. RTO: Holidays required; holiday RTO cannot be guaranteed 9. Returning Staff: 6-month return policy 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate with no radius restrictions 11.
